Our Buckwheat Bread, Galettes, Pitas, Pizza bases other buckwheat products are made with our unique "La Rozell" Traditional home-milled Buckwheat Flour, made from whole Buckwheat seeds, which is naturally Gluten-Free, rich in fibers (richer and tastier than the dehusked buckwheat seed), minerals and antioxidants. Our bread and galette recipes are dairy-free, sugar-free, egg, and nut-free.
