Our Buckwheat Bread, Galettes, Pitas, Pizza bases, and other buckwheat specialities are made with our unique "La Rozell" Traditional home-milled Buckwheat Flour.
Made from whole Buckwheat seeds, our bread and galette recipes are dairy-free, sugar-free, egg, and nut-free.
